Ендогенні цитокініни Secale cereale L. за дії високої температури: динаміка і локалізація у фази тривоги, аклімації і відновлення

В умовах вегетаційного досліду проаналізовано вплив теплового стресу на пул ендогенних цитокінінів у надземній частині і коренях озимого жита (Secale cereale L.) сорту Богуславка. Для моделювання теплового стресу 7-до­бові рослини спочатку вміщували на 2 год у термостат за температури +35 °С (фаза тривоги). У наступні 2 доби рослини двічі на день піддавали пролонгованому (6 год) тепловому стресу (фаза аклімації). Останнє дослідження проводили через 5 діб після завершення стресової дії (фаза відновлення). Якісний склад і кількісний вміст цитокінінів досліджували методом високоефективної рідинної хроматографії на рідинному хроматографі Agilent 1200 LC з діодно-матричним детектором G 1315 B (США). Достовірні зміни морфометричних показників, які відображали гальмування ростових процесів жита за дії теплового стресу, було виявлено після 2 діб експерименту, тоді як пул ендогенних цитокінінів зазнавав істотних перетворень вже через 2 год гіпертермії, зокрема в надземній частині концентрація транс-зеатину і транс-зеатинрибозиду істотно знижувалась, а в коренях, навпаки, зростала. Після пролонгованого впливу теплового стресу в надземній частині рослин жита акумулювались вільні форми цитокінінів, одночасно у коренях зафік­сували зниження їхніх рівнів. Через 5 діб відновлювального періоду постстресові рослини відрізнялися від контрольних вищим вмістом транс-зеати­ну і транс-зеатинрибозиду (~ на 20 %) як у надземній частині, так і в коре­нях. У цілому в результаті проведених досліджень спостерігався диференційований вплив гіпертермії на пул і локалізацію ендогенних цитокінінів у надземних і підземних органах озимого жита сорту Богуславка. Виявлені флуктуації свідчать про безпосередню участь цитокінінів у регуляції адаптаційних процесів рослин озимого жита до гіпертермії.
