Дослідження механізмів дії фізіологічно активних речовин і гербіцидів: основні наукові досягнення та інноваційні розробки

Проаналізовано проблематику та основні досягнення досліджень механізмів дії фізіологічно активних речовин, у тому числі гербіцидів. Значну увагу приділено результатам фундаментальних досліджень, спрямованих на вивчення тео­ретичних основ керування процесами росту і розвитку рослин, та прикладним розробкам зі створення регуляторів росту природного походження, застосування синтетичних і природних фізіологічно активних речовин у сільському господарстві. Висвітлено основні досягнення  досліджень із фізіології дії гербіцидів: з’ясування специфічних сайтів гербіцидної дії, визначення механізмів надходження, транслокації та детоксикації діючих речовин гербіцидів у рослинах, встановлення основних закономірностей ефектів взаємодії у гербіцидних комплексах. Обговорено інноваційні розробки: екологічно безпечні технології боротьби з бур’янами, створення композицій гербіцидів для запобігання виникненню резистентності. Зроблено висновок, що розкриття механізмів індукованого гербіцидами патогенезу відкриє можливості для пошуку нових високоефективних гербіцидів, розв’язання пробле­ми резистентності та подальшого вдосконалення хімічного методу контролювання бур’янів.
