Клітинна селекція з використанням катіонів Ва2+ для добору солестійких ліній пшениці

На селективних середовищах, які містили летальні для клітинних культур дози катіонів Ва2+, відібрані стійкі лінії пшениці. Барійстійкі клітинні лінії тестували за умов прямої дії сульфатно-хлоридного та сульфатного засолень. Відібрані лінії характеризувались комплексною стійкістю до обох типів сольового стресу.
