Вплив хітозану на окиснювальний статус, ферменти окиснювального метаболізму та інфікування Х-вірусом рослин картоплі (Solanum tuberosum L.) на штучних іонообмінних субстратах in vivo

Наведено експериментальні дані, що вказують на опосередкований захист розсади картоплі, вирощуваної на іонообмінному субстраті, до складу якого входить хітозан у концентраціях 1, 5 і 10 г/л. Початково до зараження Х-вірусом досліджувані рослини характеризувались підвищеним рівнем активних форм кисню (АФК) і вищим антиоксидантним статусом (вмістом відновленого аскорбату). Після інфікування захист картоплі від Х-вірусного зараження реалізувався через підвищення вмісту фенольних сполук, активності фенольної пероксидази та рівня експресії гена гіперчутливості. Отримані дані можна використати при захисті вихідного матеріалу картоплі в процесі мікроклонування й отримання міні-бульб у системі первинного насінництва картоплі за іонітопонною технологією.
