У польових умовах встановлено, що за передпосівної обробки насіння ярої пшениці 1%-ми розчинами препаратів мікроелементів, отриманих за допомогою нанотехнологій, Ag+Cu та Co+Cu+Zn+Fe+Mn+Mo+Mg (аватар-1) і I+Se, та внесення у ґрунт консорціуму ґрунтово-корисних мікроорганізмів (екстракон) змінювалось співвідношення фітогормонів ІОК/АБК за збільшення вмісту АБК у листках порівняно з контрольними рослинами у варіантах з інокуляцією у ґрунт біопрепарату (БП) екстракон (фази ВВСН 31 і 47) та за позакореневої обробки 1%-ми розчинами Ag+Cu (фази ВВСН 31—54) й I+Se (ВВСН 54). Виявлено, що передпосівна обробка насіння ярої пшениці досліджуваними біологічно активними речовинами (БАР) сприяла поліпшенню квантового виходу ФС II (Fv/Fp) в інтактних рослин пшениці на початку фази колосіння та дещо пригнічувала «флуоресценцію на спаді» — Rfd (відбиває активність асиміляції вуглецю) у варіантах з обробкою I+Se, Ag+Cu і аватар-1, що швидше за все мало адаптивний характер. Істотно пригнічувалась квантова ефективність ФС II листків за штучного зараження рослин збудником бактеріозу пшениці P. syringae Д13 на початку фази колосіння. За параметрами фотохімічної активності листків більшою адаптивністю до умов зараження збудником базального бактеріозу характеризувався фотосинтетичний апарат рослин пшениці за передпосівної обробки насіння Ag+Cu і аватар-1. Менший ефект порівняно з контролем (без зараження), але ліпший порівняно із зараженими рослинами зафіксовано у варіантах БП екстракон і БП екстракон + + I+Se. Виявлено зміну співвідношення ІОК/АБК і фотохімічної активності листків пшениці за умов штучного зараження фітоплазмою й передпосівної обробки насіння досліджуваними БАР. Відмічено підтримання високого функціонального рівня фотосинтетичного апарату рослин пшениці за штучного зараження фітоплазмою й передпосівної обробки насіння розчинами наноаквацитратів та впливу консорціуму ґрунтово-корисних мікроорганізмів.
