ХАРАКТЕР УСПАДКУВАННЯ ДОВЖИНИ СТЕБЛА КАРЛИКОВИМИ МУТАНТАМИ ПШЕНИЦІ М’ЯКОЇ ОЗИМОЇ, ОТРИМАНИМИ В ЗОНІ ЧОРНОБИЛЬСЬКОЇ АЕС

У чорнобильській зоні відчуження відбувається інтенсивний мутаційний процес, що підтверджують індуковані радіонуклідним забрудненням численні мутантні форми озимої пшениці. Виділені серед них карликові мутанти характеризуються відсутністю депресивних процесів за основними елементами продуктивності. В комбінаціях схрещування середньорослого сорту з карликовими мутантними ліні­ями УК 1145/10, УК 1147/10, УК 1148/10, отриманими в зоні ЧАЕС, у гібридів F1 ознака довжина стебла успадковується за проміжним типом і частковим позитивним домінуванням. Для більшості елементів продуктивності виявлено значну відмінність показників гібридів F1 від батьківських форм. У популяціях рос­лин F2 усіх комбінацій схрещування частка карликових форм становила 2,9—3,9 %. Поява високорослих рослин із частотою 2,2—3,6 %, що не характерно як для батьківського покоління, так і гібридів F1, може свідчити про адитивний ефект взаємодії неалельних генів. З урахуванням проміжного типу успадкування довжини стебла і збереження у гібридів F1 основних показників елементів продуктивності на рівні кращих батьківських форм комбінації схрещування за участю карликового мутанта УК 1147/10 можуть бути особливо цінними в селекції озимої м’якої пшениці на короткостебловість.
