Влияние гипертермии на состав и содержание цитокининов, фотосинтетических пигментов у различных по признаку термоустойчивости сортов Glycine max (L.) Merr

Исследовано влияние гипертермии на состав и содержание цитокининов (ЦК) и фотосинтетических пигментов (ФП) в корнях и побегах контрастных по термоустойчивости сор­тов Glycine max (L.) Merr., инокулированных активным штаммом азотфиксирующих бакте­рий Bradyrhizobium japonicum 634б. Выявлено, что кратковременный тепловой стресс (+40 °С, 2 ч) на ранней стадии «тревоги» вызывал неспецифические реакции, среди которых увеличение пула ЦК в надземной части, возрастание содержания транс-зеатина (транс-З) и изопентениладенозина (иПА) в побегах 35-суточных растений сои. Вместе с тем выявлены специфические изменения в составе и содержании ЦК, которые зависели от сорта, органа растения и наличия клубеньков с азотфиксирующими микроорганизмами. Установлено, что отсутствие клубеньков на корнях отрицательно влияло на содержание и состав ЦК у растений сои. Возрастание содержания ЦК изопентениладенинового типа (иП-типа) в побегах вместе с увеличением содержания хлорофилла b и суммы хлорофиллов а+b после гипертермии является характерным признаком засухоустойчивого сорта КиВин.
