Изучали влияние внекорневой подкормки карбамидом в начале репродуктивного развития на интенсивность фотосинтеза, активность антиоксидантных ферментов хлоропластов флагового листа, продуктивность и белковость зерна современных сортов озимой пшеницы. Установлено, что при улучшении обеспеченности растений озимой пшеницы азотом повышались содержание хлорофилла в листьях, интенсивность фотосинтетической ассимиляции СО2 в период налива зерна, в конечном итоге это способствовало повышению его продуктивности и белковости. При подкормке карбамидом повышалась активность супероксиддисмутазы (СОД) и аскорбатпероксидазы (АПО) в период налива зерна, что сопровождалось уменьшением содержания активных форм кислорода (АФК) в тканях листа и, очевидно, поддерживало его функционирование в качестве донора фотоассимилятов.
