Исследовали продуцирование цитокининов базидиевыми грибами с целью создания препаратов из грибного сырья с высокой цитокининовой активностью для тестирования на терапевтическое действие, производства лечебно-профилактических пищевых добавок и чистых медицинских препаратов. Для этого впервые методом высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии (ВЭЖХ) проведен качественный и количественный анализ цитокининов мицелярной биомассы штаммов Ganoderma lucidum, Trametes versicolor, Fomitopsis officinalis, Pleurotus nebrodensis, Grifola frondosa, Sparassis crispa. Идентифицированы зеатин (транс- и цис-формы), зеатинрибозид, зеатин-О-глюкозид, изопентениладенозин, изопентениладенин, однако все эти формы обнаружены только у одного вида (G. lucidum штамм 1900). Наибольшее суммарное содержание цитокининов определено у F. officinalis штамм 5004. В мицелярной биомассе Т. versicolor штамм 353 и G. lucidum штамм 1900 установлена наивысшая продуктивность синтеза рибозидных форм цитокининов (зеатинрибозида и изопентениладенозина), которым присущи терапевтические свойства (антипролиферативное и цитотоксическое действие на раковые клетки). F. officinalis штамм 5004, Т. versicolor штамм 353, G. lucidum штамм 1900 рассмотрены как перспективные виды базидиевых грибов для разработки биотехнологии получения из их мицелярной биомассы препаратов с высокой биологической активностью.
