Депонувальна здатність сегментів пагона в сортів озимої пшениці різного періоду селекції

В умовах дрібноділянкового досліду вивчали накопичення та ремобілізацію водорозчинних вуглеводів в окремих частинах стебла головного пагона сортів озимої пшениці Подільська нива, Єдність і Збруч, які були внесені до Державного реєстру сортів рослин, придатних для поширення в Україні, відповідно у 2018, 2008 і 1994 рр. Стебло розділяли на частини: листкові піхви двох верхніх міжвузлів, два верхні міжвузля без листкових піхв, листкові піхви решти нижніх міжвузлів і решта нижніх міжвузлів без листкових піхв. Вміст водорозчинних вуглеводів визначали у фази цвітіння (ВВСН 65), молочної стиглості (ВВСН 77) і повної стиглості зерна. Депонувальну здатність (ємність) визначали як кількість ремобілізованих вуглеводів, розрахо­вану за різницею їх максимального й остаточного валового вмісту в фазу по­вної стиглості зерна. Встановлено, що сорти Подільська нива і Єдність мали вищі максимальні рівні питомого вмісту водорозчинних вуглеводів у більшості частин стебла порівняно із сортом ранішого періоду селекції Збруч. Новітній високопродуктивний сорт Подільська нива істотно переважав за депонувальною здатністю стебла сорти ранішої селекції Єдність і Збруч, а останній — сорт Єдність через більшу масу сухої речовини. У сорту Подільська нива депоновані вуглеводи накопичувалися переважно у нижніх міжвузлях стебла, у сортів Єдність і Збруч — у верхніх. Частка піхв у загальній депонувальній ємності була в 2 рази меншою за частку власне стебла у сортів Збруч і Єдність та в 3 рази — у сорту Подільська нива. Маса зерна з колоса позитивно корелювала з максимальною загальною кількістю водорозчинних вуглеводів у стеблі (r = 0,98) та кількістю ремобілізованих вуглеводів (r = 0,95). Отримані дані свідчать про важливість поліпшення депонувальної здатності стебла для подальшого селекційного підвищення врожайності озимої пшениці.
