Дія тебуконазолу на формування листкового апарату, накопи­чення та перерозподіл елемен­тів живлення у зв'язку з продуктивністю культури перцю солодкого (Capsicum annuum L.)

В умовах польового досліду вивчено вплив триазолопохідного ретарданту тебуконазолу на морфогенез, формування листкового апарату, мезоструктуру листків, особливості накопичення й перерозподілу елементів живлення — азоту, фосфору і калію — між вегетативними органами рослин у зв’язку з продуктивністю культури перцю солодкого (Capsicum annuum L.). Встановлено, що обробка рослин у фазу бутонізації 0,025%-м розчином тебуконазолу супроводжувалась уповільненням їх лінійного росту на 21 %, потовщенням стебла на 27 %, збільшенням загальної кількості (на 20 %) та маси (на 50 %) листків, зростанням на 53 % площі листкової поверхні рослин порівняно з необробленими. За впливу тебуконазолу збільшувалась відносна частка маси листків у масі всієї рослини. Застосування препарату сприяло оптимізації мезоструктури, наростанню питомої маси листків, ліпшому розвитку асиміляційної паренхіми внаслідок збільшення об’єму та лінійних розмірів клітин стовпчастої і губчастої паренхіми. Встановлено також підвищення вмісту суми хлорофілів. Наслідком цих змін було зростання чистої продуктивності фотосинтезу. Показано значну депонувальну потужність інших вегетативних органів — стебла і ко­реня рослин перцю солодкого. Протягом усього періоду вегетації в цих органах знаходилася значна частка азотовмісних сполук, фосфору і калію. Під впливом тебуконазолу накопичення цих елементів росли­ною посилювалося. Внаслідок оптимізації мезоструктурної організації листків, зростання вмісту хлорофілів, формування потужнішого фотосинтетичного апарату та посилення накопичення рослинами елементів живлення за дії тебуконазолу врожайність культури підвищилась на 26 %.
